14 Days + Notice

For a cancellation with a minimum 14 nights' notice, you will receive a refund of 75% refund minus the set reservation fee.

4-13 Days Notice
For a cancellation with less than 14 days notice prior to your arrival date, 50% refund minus the set reservation fee.

<4 Days Notice

For cancellations with less than 4 days' notice prior to your arrival date, there will be no refund.

**NOTE: Bookings made on Seasonal Sites**

• Our parks are primarily seasonal, however we try to accommodate for our transient guests as much as possible.

• If the park needs to cancel your reservation, you will get a minimum of 14 days notice and you will receive a refund of 100% plus the set reservation fee.

• The only time this may occur, is if your reservation is on a Seasonal site and that site gets booked for a seasonal guest for the remainder of the season. We will try to first move your reservation to a different site, or as a last resort may need to cancel your reservation.
